Your data

How AI works with your plans

CoExaminer is software, not an AI model. It asks AI to read parts of your plans, then checks what it reads against the code. Your plans, comments and examiner decisions belong to your jurisdiction.

Your plans don't train AI. We don't build AI models, and our AI services don't train on what we send.
Your examiners' work makes CoExaminer better. Agree and disagree calls, corrections and comments show us where CoExaminer gets something wrong, and we use them to fix it.
Your organization only. Your own users and Evercodex support staff can see your projects. Other jurisdictions cannot. Session-recording tools are never loaded for agency accounts.
Stored in the United States. Files, findings and records are stored in Oregon. AI processing may run in data centers outside the US. US-only processing can be set up for jurisdictions that require it.
How long AI services keep data. Our main AI service keeps nothing once it answers. For some other services, we can't yet confirm how long they keep data. We can ask them, and we can switch services if your jurisdiction needs it.
Yours to take back. On request, we export, return or delete your data, including usage records.
